Goal
The goal of permission to just be. the workshop is to create a supportive space where you can peel back the layers of “shoulds,” roles, and expectations to bridge the gap between who you truly are and who you've been taught you should be. Through guided mentorship, self-directed modules, and community, this program helps you move beyond perfectionism and people-pleasing and into a life that feels more aligned, present, and deeply authentic.
What is it?
A 5-part mentorship experience designed to help you release the “shoulds,” reconnect with your truth, and start living as your whole self. You'll be supported by a like-hearted online community, along with practical tools and resources to help you navigate the journey together.

Who are you and what makes YOU happy?
This module is an invitation to pause, get quiet, and turn inward. You'll reconnect with your inner compass to uncover the values, desires, and vision that brings you a sense of joy and meaning beyond the noise of roles, expectations, and external pressure. Through reflection and guided exercises, you’ll begin the work of defining who you are and envisioning the life that aligns with your deepest truth.

Of unconscious social conditioning and 'should'ing' all over yourself.
In this module, we’ll unpack the hidden scripts, social norms, and cultural messages that have quietly shaped how you see yourself and the world. These inherited “shoulds” often drive our choices without us even noticing. Together, we’ll shine a compassionate light on these internalized beliefs and begin the work of releasing what no longer serves you.

Reframe perceptions, perspectives, and reactions.
This module is about coming home to your truth. You’ll explore how you move through the world and uncover what stirs you, makes you come alive, what shuts you down, and the parts of you that you’ve muted to stay safe or accepted. You’ll begin to recognize the power you have to reframe your perceptions and choose new responses that are rooted in self-acceptance, self-compassion, self-care, and self-love.

Become more aligned, present, and grounded.
Now that you’ve started living your truth, it’s time to anchor into freedom. This module offers grounding tools and alignment practices to help you stay connected to yourself so your choices come from clarity, not pressure. You’ll begin to move through life with intention, guided by inner knowing rather than external demands.

Radical acceptance of the whole self
This is the integration point. It is the moment you come home to your full self: messy, powerful, emotional, brilliant, and real. In this final module, we celebrate your journey and begin mapping how to walk in your truth, every day. This isn’t about performing or proving—it’s about deep, unwavering honesty with yourself and radical self-acceptance.
Jamie’s “Permission to Just Be” was exactly what I didn’t know I needed. As women, we spend so much of our lives “shoulding” all over ourselves—caught up in the endless list of what we should do, be, or achieve. This experience was a gentle yet powerful reminder to release those unrealistic expectations and reconnect with who I really am. Permission to just be, came at a perfect time for me. It gave me the insight, the reflection and the awareness I needed to move forward on my journey of giving myself what I give others. To focus on my happiness that only involves me. I cherish what I learned and awoken to in this workshop with these beautiful people I got to share it with.
